Turbine powered truck - Jet car - Chevy 454SS

Want something no other kid on the block has? Want to have a vehicle that people see and say "WHAT THE" .. What you see is a Lycoming T53 Gas Turbine removed from a helicopter. These "Jet" turbines are called "Free Turbines" because they have an output shaft that drives a load, not thrust. So the obvious question .. Why not use it to drive the rear tires of a vehicle? Well that's what Crysler did years ago, Jay Leno in his ECOJET car, and many others. This is a project that I started years ago and just don't have time to finish. I have a complete ready to run T53-L-1 turbine 850HP, 1000 LB/FT torque that will run on Kerosine or Diesel fuel. Just gone through ! I have pics of internals and a video of a test run on a stand. Also included is the complete gauge package and fuel system to run the turbine. I have the custom gear box that will take the output of the turbine, and drive a powerglide or Lenco. Also up for grabs is a 1995 body style Chevy truck with the 454SS theme twisted to a T53SS. The truck has all new steel front fenders, custom hood, and bed sides. Full twin funny car roll cage, custom rear frame to mount the turbine, narrowed 9" Ford diff with new axles. All TIG welded, and CNC machined. Yes, I have ALOT invested in it!
