44' Enclosed with Lounge and air conditioning

1998 Avenger 44' Tri Axle Goose neck Trailer with Lounge,
6' beaver tail, heavy duty rear ramp door with fold down extension, 3/4" Treated plywood floors covered with 1/8" aluminum Diamond plate with many tie downs installed. Fully insulated walls and ceiling. 4500 lb wench, 3 7000 lb wide track torsion axles. 8 12”x24” lockable over head cabinets, 3’x6’ work bench with 5 pull out drawers also lockable. 2 24”x24” in floor storage boxes.Car area measures 30' long and 96" wide.
Fully enclosed and separated lounge/sleeping quarters. Has insulated walls and ceiling. Microwave, Air Conditioning, heat, 2 2’x8’ bench seats/beds with under seat storage. Table, closet and bed. It will sleep 4 comfortably.
Built in 7500 watt Guardian Generator that is very quiet. 25 gallon built in fuel tank with pump for generator. Has push button electric start from inside the trailer. Also has outside electric start option.
Has built in fresh water and waste water tanks hot water heater and shower.
48” wide side access door with inside and out side locks. Florescent lights, 2 roof vents. .040 thick rubber roof membrane that does not leak. 4 smoked glass sliding windows with screens.
Air conditioning works great and gets real cold. Furnace works good and has propane hook up. Has clear plastic strips to seal out cold or hot weather from rear of trailer.
Trailer was fully repainted in the winter of 2011 in my shop. We completely sanded, taped off, prepped and sprayed it inside a 75 degree shop.
This is my personal race car trailer. I use this trailer each week to haul my Asphalt Sportsman car to Jefferson Speedway in Jefferson Wisconsin. We unload the car each Sunday morning and never leave the trailer loaded. I store it inside a machine shed in the winter months when it is not in use. The ONLY reason I’m selling this is because I am upgrading to a Full size semi trailer. This trailer has no mechanical needs and is ready to be loaded and hauled to the track to show it off!! I will accept trade for semi trailer.
